Solar Path Lights on South Chick Greenway near Avondale

Install solar-powered LED path lights along a half-mile stretch of the South Chickamauga Greenway near the Avondale neighborhood, extending usable hours for commuters and evening walkers. This section of the greenway becomes very dark after sunset, effectively closing it to anyone who isn't comfortable walking in the dark. Solar path lights require no trenching or electrical hookup, making them a fast, low-impact improvement. The Avondale section is particularly important because many residents use the greenway to reach bus stops and neighborhood businesses. Lighting it would make the greenway a true transportation corridor, not just a daytime recreation path.
