Fill the missing sidewalk segment on Wilcox Boulevard between Glass Street and the South Chickamauga Greenway, closing a critical gap that forces pedestrians to walk in the road shoulder. This 0.3-mile stretch is the last missing link between a dense residential area and the greenway system. Residents of the Glass Street corridor have long identified this gap as a barrier to using the greenway. Without a sidewalk, parents won't let children walk or bike to the trail. Completing this segment would connect hundreds of households to miles of car-free greenway.
